Reflect on the impacts of societal norms and desire discrepancies and how it might drive decisions that feel inauthentic

Implement clear, honest communication and relationship agreements, including planning for unexpected challenges

Four 60 minute coaching sessions

Additional reading, handouts and questionnaires to guide and enhance exploration between sessions

The single session offers the opportunity to try out coaching, without committing to multiple sessions. This is recommended for folks who already identify as non-monogamous or have experience in the lifestyle, and need help navigating subjects such as:

NRE (“New Relationship Energy”)

Consent

Boundaries

Communication

Relationship de-escalation & transitions

Relationships with metas (partner’s partner(s))

Conflicting interests, desires & kinks

Coming out to monogamous friends and family about your lifestyle

Unlearning mononormativity and heteronormativity

Common emotions in alternative relationships like jealousy, shame, rejection, & fears of abandonment

Similar to the single session offering, but for those who are ready to commit to longer term exploration. Packages are available for new clients who already identify with some form of non-monogamy or have experience in the lifestyle, experienced clients who have utilized the Conscious Coaching Single Session and would like to continue their growth, and those who have completed the Freeform Foundations course. Packages include multiple sessions you can use at any pace and provide a discount on on the single session rate. 4 Session & 8 Session Packages Available.
